Desain Thepost test only controlled group design. Boerl.); Abstract is a member of the Thymelaeaceae family or agarwood tribe, which flowering plant tribe. Based on previous research literature, it known that contains alkaloid compounds, saponins, flavonoids, compounds (polyphenols, flenoids, essential oils and tannins. The impact mosquitoes public health filariasis also as elephantiasis disease transmitted by This study aims to investigate toxic effect extracts crown fruit at concentrations larvae used an observation time (o seconds, minute, minutes, minutes). utilizes post-test Toxicity was conducted placing mosquito in dish containing extract Dewa's with concentration had been prepared. It found There significant difference proportion died after minutes 0.001), 0.002), 0.001). 0.014) administration extract, results this showed effective within minutes. findings content duration exposure were two important variables influenced percentage mortality If increased, faster will die, well time, if increased longer, higher dead be.

Stereochemistry of lignans in Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl.
Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl., a member of the Thymelaeaceae, is traditionally used in Indonesia as medicinal plant against cancer. In this context, we isolated the lignans pinoresinol, lariciresinol and matairesinol from different parts of this plant. The enantiomeric composition of these lignans was determined by chiral column analysis. Pinoresinol and lariciresinol were mixtures of bo...
29-Norcucurbitacin derivatives isolated from the Indonesian medicinal plant, Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl.
The new 29-norcucurbitacin, desacetylfevicordin A (1), together with three known 29-norcucurbitacin derivatives (2-4) were isolated from seeds of the Indonesian medicinal plant, Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl. The structures of 1-4 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical transformation. These compounds exhibited toxicity against the brine shrimp (Artemia salina).

Antioxidant, Anti-inflammatory and Cytotoxicity of Phaleria macrocarpa (Boerl.) Scheff Fruit
BACKGROUND Phaleria macrocarpa (Scheff.) Boerl (Thymelaceae) originates from Papua Island, Indonesia and grows in tropical areas. The different parts of the fruit of P. macrocarpa were evaluated for antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cytotoxic activities. METHODS Phaleria macrocarpa fruit were divided into pericarp, mesocarp and seed. All parts of the fruit were reflux extracted with methano...
Wound-healing potential of the fruit extract of Phaleria macrocarpa.
The wound-healing potential of Phaleria macrocarpa was evaluated by monitoring the levels of inflammatory mediators, collagen, and antioxidant enzymes. Experimentally, two-centimeter-wide full-thickness-deep skin excision wounds were created on the posterior neck area of the rats. The wounds were topically treated with gum acacia as a vehicle in the control group, intrasite gel in the reference...
